I often deal with families who are either trying to spend down their funds so that they can qualify for certain benefits or are trying to protect their current benefits.
The most common misconception that most people make is thinking that they are purchasing “real property”. What you are purchasing is a right of burial. When you pay for your “plot” in full, you will receive a deed of interment rights. The right to be buried does not count as an asset. This means if you need to spend down current funds in your account, purchasing a right of burial might be a wise decision. Please contact me at email@example.com for more information.
Please join us for bingo on March 15, 2013. Click here to download a printable version of the invitation.
When shopping for a funeral home and cemetery there are more things to consider than just price. The preparation of your services, take the collective efforts of many. At Fred Hunters we make every effort to serve every family with excellence, and we take the time to hire those special individuals who share the same belief. Libby Santo and Fred Dobek, in our preparation room, are an example of two individuals who make such a difference in delivering excellent service. Libby and Fred both teach on a college level, and Libby is considered a leader in restorative art in the tri-county area.
The focus of any traditional service is your loved one. Our preparation department is dedicated to creating a beautiful memory picture for the surviving loved ones. They are actually able to restore some the features lost during sickness and disease. If you are interested in learning more about what makes us different from other funeral homes, please e-mail me at Krankey@fredhunters.com.
Hello, my name is Kelly and I’m a Family Service Counselor for Fred Hunters in Hollywood Memorial Gardens. I meet with families daily who have either experienced a death, or are pre- planning their arrangements for themselves or someone they love.
I have had the pleasure of assisting families from different religious groups, ethnic backgrounds, and various education and economic levels. Every family who walks through our doors has a story, their story, and somehow I am blessed to be part of their lives, at one of the most difficult times they will ever experience.
I like to think of myself as a “lights post” to help guide your way in your darkest hour.
If you have questions about the benefits of pre-planning, cemetery or funeral arrangements, please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
