I had the pleasure of learning under Dean Dickson at the FIU Broward Campus between 1990-91. He was a terrific professor and I enjoyed his classes very much. He was very approachable and genuinely cared for his students. He was one of many professors that helped me to enjoy my time in the Hospitality program at FIU. I thank him for his service to our country and to all of the people's lives like mine that he touched. May you rest in peace, and I'll see you again Heaven one day.
